About the Role

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor at Five Guys Burgers and Fries, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience working in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and physical demands including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
