**Job Summary:**

SME PIZZA ONTARIO LTD. is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations, conduct performance reviews, address customer complaints, and implement operational procedures in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced individual who can lead our restaurant team, oversee daily tasks, and ensure seamless customer experiences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine service offerings and develop operational procedures to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control.

Requirements:

  • A college education or equivalent experience in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of on-site work experience in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
