Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff, provide guidance, and support to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and employee performance

  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 7 months' experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools
