We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shiki Restaurant Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and maintaining high-quality service standards. This role involves setting staff work schedules, supervising a team of 5-10 people, and training new hires to meet the company's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation, highlighting the restaurant's unique selling points and promoting special events
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and motivate staff members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale software

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced restaurant environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending required

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
