Restaurant Management Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at Qdoba Franchises. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong leadership skills.

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve excellent results
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase revenue
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management position within the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
