Senior Digital Design Engineer Role at Synopsys

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Design Engineer to join our team at Synopsys, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to drive innovation in high-speed digital design and contribute to the development of cutting-edge SerDes PHY products.

About the Role

This senior role involves performing RTL design, synthesis, and ATPG for high-speed digital circuits. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ASIC development, modeling, and digital signal processing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-speed digital circuits using RTL programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet design specifications and project timelines.
  • Conduct CDC/Lint checks to ensure design integrity and functionality.
  • Develop and optimize low-power design techniques for high-performance circuits.
  • Utilize scripting expertise in Shell, Perl, and Python to automate design processes.
