Analog mixed-signal design engineers play a critical role in the development of high-speed and optical transceivers for communication infrastructure. In this position, you will work with a talented team to investigate architectural designs and implement circuits such as PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, amplifiers, TXs, RXs, and CDRs to meet key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team on architectural investigations and implementation for high-speed analog circuits
  • Perform design verification using industry-standard tools such as SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB
  • Manage the delivery of analog IP to successfully bring designs from concept to production

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

Location: Ottawa, Canada

We are seeking talented individuals with a Master's degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with 10+ years of experience in analog design and verification. A good understanding of analog layouts in FinFET and its effect on high-speed designs is also required.
