High-Speed Analog IC Design Expert for Optical Communications

Acacia is seeking a seasoned Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team. With a strong background in high-speed serial link design, voltage regulators, and high-performance output drivers, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge optical communications products.
About the RoleThis is a key position in our Mixed Signal Design team, responsible for designing and developing ultra-deep sub-micron-based CMOS products. As a senior engineer, you will lead efforts on large blocks of complex chips, mentor junior team members, and participate in peer reviews of complex IC designs.
You will work closely with packaging and hardware design teams to ensure signal and power integrity specifications are met. Collaboration with digital/DSP design, system design, package design, and module design teams is also expected.
What We're Looking For- A BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent, or an MS degree with 8+ years of experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent.
- Design, simulation, and measurement of high-speed ICs in areas such as high-speed serial links, voltage regulators, high-performance output drivers, and high-performance phase-locked loops.
- Direct experience with electrical transceiver applications, including backplane and cable communications.
- Experience with FinFET technology.
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
