Job Opportunity: High-Speed Analog Design Engineer

At Marvell Technology, we're seeking an experienced High-Speed Analog Design Engineer to join our Optical PHY (CE-OPHY) team. As a key member of this team, you will design high-speed and optical transceivers for communication infrastructure in long-haul, metro, and datacenter applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work on solving technical challenges with a talented group of collaborators and make a significant impact on our innovative products. Our engineers are responsible for designing circuits such as PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs, etc., and performing design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, MATLAB, etc.

In this position, you will be part of a team of analog design engineers who interact with layout, verification, and application teams to manage the delivery of analog IP from concept to production. This requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project execution.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in high-speed analog design. Your expertise should include experience with analog design and verification tools, signal integrity improvement, noise reduction, and Multi-GHz low-jitter clock generation & distribution. You should also have good understanding of analog layouts in FinFET and its effect on high-speed designs.

We offer competitive compensation and great benefits, including a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, apply now
