Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including site visits, inspections, and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including health and safety, environmental, and quality risks.
  • Develop and implement project quality control and assurance processes.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
