Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role involves promoting customizable print-marketing materials, with a focus on calendars, through warm calls and proactive outreach to new prospective clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while nurturing long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects over the telephone, identifying client needs and promoting our diverse product offerings and services
- Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Implement a sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails with efficiency
- Utilize CRM program (Salesforce) to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database
- Stay up to date with product offerings/services
- Complete additional related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced environment or related customer service experience
- Phone-based sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience using a sales/CRM program is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary Range
The salary range for this position starts from $50,000 annually. Final compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience and skill level.
