Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the Commercial, Industrial, and OEM segments in BC.
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams in sales and operations, including warehouse management and logistics.
- Implement effective operational systems, including inventory management and financial controls, to optimize branch performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers, fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to support different departments and functions within the branch.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's Degree or 2-year Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Operations.Prior experience leading a team and managing a large-scale operation within a distribution setting.Proven outside sales and business development experience, preferably in the distribution industry.Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop people professionally and personally.Becoming a Part of Our Team
