Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's Degree or 2-year Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Operations.Prior experience leading a team and managing a large-scale operation within a distribution setting.Proven outside sales and business development experience, preferably in the distribution industry.Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop people professionally and personally.
