Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GreenTee Golf Shop. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively coordinate with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate information flow within the team to ensure efficient communication.
  • Provide training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to maintain a professional and organized work environment.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure timely communication.
  • Handle electronic inquiries and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and waste.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
