Innovative Cleaning Solutions Ltd. is a dynamic organization seeking an Executive Support Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in a variety of software applications.

Responsibilities

The Executive Support Professional will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems. Additionally, the candidate will assist with research projects, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary ($35,000 - $40,000 per annum), we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and work in a fast-paced office environment.
