The Role

As a business-critical appointment, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's ongoing development and accelerating its international success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the internal crypto e-wallet product development, aligning it with overall business objectives
  • Oversight of front-to-back development and operational readiness
  • Implementing compliance, security measures, and AML/KYC policies, as well as managing licensing and regulatory requirements globally

To achieve these goals, you will establish detailed operational frameworks, collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, and grow and develop a team with the requisite specialisation. This position is based in Toronto, Canada, and requires regular, weekly presence in the offices.

We are seeking an experienced leader with 5+ years of leadership experience within crypto-focussed businesses, preferably exchanges and/or wallet solutions. Expertise gained within the iGaming sector is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of crypto operations, including compliance and security practices, as well as expertise in developing and managing AML/KYC frameworks and licensing processes.

Demonstrated success in defining and leading strategic goals for crypto products is essential. Resourcefulness, entrepreneurship, and adaptability to high-paced environments are also crucial for this role.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $150,000-$200,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
