We are seeking a seasoned Field Service Operations Manager to provide daily guidance to our team, including coaching on achieving results, coordinating activities, and checking on quality and work progress.

As a leader in our Field Service team, you will be responsible for managing personnel, workload, overtime, and labor resource planning. You will also work closely with sales teams on sales and rental equipment, and support team member engagement actions through daily interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide and influence the work of your team to achieve operational and financial results.
  • Make people leadership decisions, including hiring, rewarding, training, and developing team members.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on sales and rental equipment.
  • Support team member engagement actions through daily interactions.
  • Review projects, define equipment and service scope with customers and sales department.
  • Monitor cost and overall profitability of projects.
  • Lead team activities, coach technical aspects of work to meet schedules and targets, and provide technical assistance and training for local field technicians.
  • Obtain inspection approval, customer approval, and monitor final invoicing preparation.

  • 3+ years of experience in a field service delivery or relevant role.
  • 1+ years of experience in a people management role.
  • Strong technical ability on electromechanical equipment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Fluent in the use of MS-Office products, especially Word and Excel.
  • Previous safety and hazmat training a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality.
