Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet customer demand.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and storage to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
