About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead WFM Consultant to join our team. As a Lead WFM Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements and configure the WFM solution to meet documented customer requirements.
  • Set and manage customer expectations, provide guidance to associate consultants, and identify risks and communicate issues to the Project Manager.
  • Deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of the Organizational Readiness toolkit.
  • Document and validate customer's business requirements and map to functionality.
  • Configure application to meet customer's documented business requirements.
  • Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes.
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
  • Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.
  • Work with customers to implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the solution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HCM / Workforce Management (WFM) application consulting.
  • Experience in change management an asset.
  • Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment, including experience with HRIS Systems.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with one or more of the following applications: SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Ceridian.
  • Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution.
  • Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices.
  • Understanding of different industries and how implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practices.
