The Senior Safety Management Consultant will be an integral member of a dedicated team that navigates the intricate landscape of Safety Management and Compliance, empowering clients to make educated choices and fulfill regulatory obligations.
- Perform safety inspections, risk evaluations, and compliance audits for diverse facilities.
- Identify requirements for emergency preparedness, planning, procedures, and training.
- Assist in the design and assessment of safety management systems.
- Collaborate with senior advisors on safety management strategies and emergency response protocols.
- Engage in site evaluations to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Compile comprehensive reports and documentation related to safety assessments.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of safety training programs for clients.
- Foster positive client relationships and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Stay informed on industry developments and best practices in safety management.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary diploma in Safety Management, Risk Assessment, Emergency Preparedness, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the safety management field.
- Certification in safety management or compliance.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Understanding of risk assessment, emergency response, and safety management techniques.
- Expertise in conducting safety inspections and evaluations.
- Technical proficiency in reviewing plans with a safety management perspective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software tools.
- Valid driver's license.
