As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless and successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather customer requirements and configure the Workforce Management solution to meet their documented needs.
  • Provide guidance to associate consultants and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of our Organizational Readiness toolkit.
  • Document and validate customer business requirements and map to functionality.
  • Configure the application to meet customer business requirements.
  • Conduct consulting sessions and document meeting minutes.
  • Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.
  • Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise.
  • Work with customers to implement Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the solution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HCM/Workforce Management application consulting.
  • Experience in change management an asset.
  • Experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud computing environment, including experience with HRIS Systems.
  • Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with one or more of the following applications: SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Ceridian.
  • Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution.
  • Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices.
  • Understanding of different industries and how implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practices.
