Job Title: Executive Culinary Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Supervisor to lead our culinary team in creating innovative and delicious menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the cooking staff, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Instruct cooks on preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, showcasing culinary expertise.
  • Supervise and train sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Plan menus that meet quality standards, balancing flavor, creativity, and nutritional value.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a chef or supervisor in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; relevant culinary certifications a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and budgeting procedures.
