This is a full-time position that requires a high level of culinary expertise and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Create innovative recipes to elevate our menu offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets and catered functions.
  • Prepare and cook food regularly for guests and special occasions.
  • Source and requisition high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities across multiple restaurants.
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
