Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bakery Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing baking products for customer purchases, and maintaining a clean and safe bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Prepare baking products for customer purchase, including bread, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment, adhering to all company standards and regulations
  • Assist with bakery administration tasks, such as inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards and policies

Requirements

  • Basic level of bakery knowledge and experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three months of experience in a retail or bakery environment
