Bakery Specialist

Le fournil Bakery Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
- Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Color Perception: Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is essential in this role.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, often for several hours.
