Bakery Specialist

Le fournil Bakery Ltd. is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods according to recipes and customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
- Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe production.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
