About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Business Analysis
    • Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment (ROI) calculations
    • Identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors
    • Manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that their needs are met
  • Quality Assurance and Control
    • Develop and maintain quality assurance and control processes, including testing and validation
    • Identify and report quality issues, and develop corrective actions to address those issues
    • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related field
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring and control
    • Excellent business analysis skills, including business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving skills, including analytical and creative thinking
