Salary: CAD $40-$55 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our community outreach team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide nursing care to clients in their homes and communities.

  • Assess and monitor clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide supportive environments for clients and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning meetings
  • Administer medications and perform various nursing procedures as required
  • Document client information and update relevant care and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in practical nursing from a recognized program
  • Current practicing registration as a LPN with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Food Safe certificates
  • Completion of or eligible to complete MHSU Competency Education
  • A valid BC driver's license and access to a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
