Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized User Support Technician to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues, utilizing user guides, technical manuals, and other resources.
  • Offer advice and training to users to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a problems and solutions log.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.
  • Install and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Client-focused and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
