As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business development and managing relationships with consultant houses and Group Retirement Services clients. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will be accountable for business growth and retention for our largest block of business in the Large Case market.

About the Role
  • Build and foster strong relationships with national consulting houses and plan sponsors.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve annual sales targets through new and existing client & consultant relationships.
  • Manage the sales process, from RFP to finalist presentation.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of Group Retirement Savings experience in a business development or senior client relationship management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on negotiation skills and public speaking.
