We are seeking a highly skilled technical service advisor to join our team at BRP and contribute to delivering exceptional service experiences in the powersports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a front-of-house advisor for BRP, providing expert technical guidance globally, performing diagnostics, and addressing dealer inquiries with a focus on quality service.
  • Offer technical solutions to dealership technicians and support other departments such as warranty and customer care.
  • Guide dealers on best practices related to BRP policies and processes.
  • Proactively support and coach partners and dealers on technical matters while nurturing dealer relationships.
  • Represent BRP at events and contribute to continuous improvement of support services.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or relevant qualification in powersports, automotive, marine, or small engine mechanics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a powersports dealership or similar environment with strong mechanical knowledge.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and understanding of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations and individuals in a multicultural setting.
  • Fluency in English and French.
