About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Service Advisor for Powersports to join our team. As a Technical Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our dealerships and customers. You will be the front-of-house advisor representing BRP globally, providing efficient expert advice, performing technical, mechanical, and electrical diagnostics, and answering dealer inquiries quickly, focusing on right the first time and reflecting our quality service pledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to dealerships and customers on technical issues related to BRP products.
- Perform technical, mechanical, and electrical diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to dealerships and customers on BRP products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships and customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the powersports industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the powersports industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills, including electrical and mechanical theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
