Job Title: Global Technical Power Sports Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our global support team, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical advice and support to our dealerships and customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to dealerships and customers on BRP products and services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources to support dealerships and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Represent BRP at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure BRP remains a leader in the powersports market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the powersports industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of BRP products and services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
