Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS ONE HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to our team members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with our team members, customers, and suppliers, ensuring that all needs are met.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Team Player: Collaborate with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
