About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Ricki's/Bootlegger/cleo. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales floor team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Participate in merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation according to our standards and directives
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to help them achieve great results
Requirements
  • Experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or apparel environment
  • Excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
