Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS ONE HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in their roles.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
