Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at A&J SONS ONE HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and team members.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure that they are working together effectively to provide excellent customer service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our team members improve their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and order ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in our kitchen and dining areas.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to help us make informed business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Transportation: Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
As a Shift Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
