About the Job

This Casual position provides a flexible work schedule, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing medical transcription services, as well as performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical administrative support to departments/programs, including medical transcription.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements
  • One (1) year experience in an office environment.
  • Medical Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent.
Competencies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Advanced keyboarding skills.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A salary of $22.020 to $23.550 per hour (Pay Band 10), based on experience.
Location and Travel Requirements

This position is located at Lucky Lake Health Centre in Lucky Lake. Travel requirements may apply.
