Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and utilize your expertise in risk management and insurance to help our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their risk management needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure our clients' portfolios are secure
  • Collaborate with the client service team to ensure seamless coverage and client deliverables
  • Process client requests and review documentation for policy changes, additions, deletions, or cancellations
  • Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables
  • Assist with establishing account-specific service plans and delivery approaches to support coverage solutions
  • Respond to client inquiries on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive
  • Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements
  • Explore opportunities for expanded Aon products or services with clients
  • May work with two or more Account Executives
  • Assist Account Executive in new business initiatives through tasks such as coordinating dissemination of marketing material, prompting regular contact with prospects, assisting in developing new business strategies and account penetration

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance experience required; Marine experience an asset
  • Level 1 licence required; Level 2 license preferred or working towards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven success working collaboratively within a successful team and also working independently with minimum supervision when appropriate
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the proven ability to multi-task
  • Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package
