Lauren Services is seeking a highly skilled Marine Engineer to contribute to the design and analysis of marine projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Marine Structures and a strong background in structural analysis and design software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structural inspections and condition surveys to provide recommendations for rehabilitation, repair, and asset management.
  • Prepare engineering reports, proposals, contract documents, and detailed design drawings using BIM, CAD, and Civil3D.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and engage in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations, acting as the Engineer of Record for select projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marine Engineering with a focus on the Energy sector.
  • Proven experience in the design and construction of marine structures, especially for LNG transportation.
  • Strong technical skills in structural analysis and design software including BIM, CAD, Civil3D, SFRAME, STAAD, RISA, Siemens PLM, Ship Constructor, Dassault Systems, and SolidWorks.
