Job Description

The Marketing Development Specialist will be responsible for supervising professional and support staff, as well as students, in the development of marketing projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing various marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services.

Some key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supervising and guiding professional and support staff, as well as students, in their work
  • Planning and developing marketing projects, including market research, surveys, and data analysis
  • Conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Designing and conducting market research questionnaires
  • Developing marketing materials, such as brochures, reports, and social media content

In addition to these responsibilities, the Marketing Development Specialist will also be expected to maintain and manage digital databases, consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support, and ensure that all business/commercial licenses are up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MS Office, and other relevant software
