Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Child and Caregiver Support Worker to join our team at the Government of Saskatchewan. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to children and their caregivers in a variety of settings
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family
  • Collaborate with other professionals and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support services
  • Conduct home visits and provide in-home support to children and their caregivers
  • Document and report on progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. social work, child and youth care)
  • Experience working with children and families in a support capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
