Child Protection Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct home visits and assessments to identify potential risks to children
Develop and implement safety plans to protect children from harm
Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and law enforcement, to ensure the best interests of children
Provide support and guidance to families to help them address challenges and improve their well-being
Requirements:
A degree in social work or a related field
Experience working with children and families in a social services setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
