Child Enhancement Specialist

Meadow Lake Tribal Council's Child & Family Services Department is seeking a dedicated individual to fill a full-time, permanent position as a Child Enhancement Specialist. The successful candidate will work as part of the MLTC CFS Team in providing direct services in family support and protection services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct services in family support and protection services to children and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best interests of the child are met.
  • Develop and implement prevention, child protection, and family support service initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 with a combination of relevant training and work experience may be considered.
  • One to two years of experience working with children, families, and communities is preferred.
  • Experience in child protection is considered an asset.
