At PEOPLE WORKFORCE, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and screening applicants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staffing Requirements: Identify and analyze staffing needs across the organization to ensure optimal workforce planning.
  • Notice and Advertisements: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Key Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
