Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for growing, mentoring, and leading a dedicated in-person sales team and a Community Ambassador team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities in our ever-growing market and build relationships with key sales influencers
  • Lead a team to deliver consistent sales results and continuously look for ways to improve the sales strategy
  • Take charge of the entire sales journey, spotting opportunities and empowering your team to 'seal the deal' with our members of our amazing communities
  • Motivate and lead a team of Sales professionals, establishing strategic objectives, targets, and KPIs, providing coaching and development plans
  • Understand the metrics that support the sales process and identify opportunities based upon the information

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of direct sales in Western Canada
  • Strong experience in leading event and door-to-door teams (telecommunications experience preferred)
  • Understanding of fiber-optic internet technology and technology trends that help businesses connect and evolve
  • Knowledge of rural and sub-urban communities: how to meet their connectivity needs and how to explain the value of fiber internet
  • Appreciation that measuring results is a key pillar in managing sales
