Customer Service Experience Director

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Guest Service Manager to join the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team and driving guest satisfaction levels.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a Guest Service Management role at a 4 Diamond/5 Star hotel. A College/University degree in Hospitality/Tourism or a related program is preferred. Strong leadership and coaching skills are essential for success in this position.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Front Office team, including Supervisors and Guest Service Agents
- Ensure guest satisfaction levels are met and exceeded through training and coaching
- Review Marriott Guest Experience Metrics and implement improvements
- Work closely with the Revenue team to meet occupancy and ADR goals
- Collaborate with Conference Services to deliver seamless experiences
