Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
">- Candidate must be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Sell postal products and services to customers, both business and public.
- Sort, distribute, and process mail into appropriate classifications.
- Provide customers with information and forms.
- Address delivery and service difficulties to resolve problems thoroughly and quickly.
Requirements:
">- High school diploma or provincial equivalency required, preferably in business administration.
- Training and/or experience interacting with the public in a retail and/or service environment, including sales and cash transactions.
- Understanding of general accounting principles or post office accounting systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work temporary, on-call shifts as needed.
