Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team of Registered Behaviour Therapists (RBTs). The successful candidate will provide leadership, supervision, and support to the RBTs, ensuring high-quality behavioural programs that promote skill acquisition and client safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs in developing and implementing individualized behaviour support plans (BSPs)
  • Collaborate with program staff to create treatment plans and individualized programs for each client
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and develop BSPs to address client goals and challenging behaviours
  • Review and refine existing BSPs, treatment plans, and crisis plans as needed
  • Provide training and support to staff on programme implementation and data analysis
  • Ensure program fidelity and continuously monitor client progress through data analysis

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Behaviour Analysis or related field
  • Board Certification as a BCBA (in good standing)
  • 3+ years experience working as a registered BCBA with neurodiverse populations
  • Valid G driver's license and current automobile insurance
  • Reliable vehicle for work
  • Criminal Record Check and CAS SAFE records check clearance
  • Proof of immunization record and Employee Medical Test results
