About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high client satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of call centre experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Bilingual skills (English/French) required.
  • Prior experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial services industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Cash advance, merchant services, point-of-sale, or software sales experience is strongly preferred.
