About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Module Sales Director to join our team at Talesun Solar Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key partners in the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, and consultants to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop regional initiatives and product launches
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Engage with key players in the assigned territory to understand their business drivers and optimize our product offering
  • Develop proposals in response to customers' tender requirements
  • Explore new market segments for expansion of our product offering
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in the solar module sales industry
  • Proven track record of sales and business development experience
  • Experience reviewing and responding to customers' procurement processes
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to work effectively in teams
  • High level of critical thinking and analysis
  • Self-motivated and able to travel as required
  • Proficiency in English
